A demo flat has to make people dream. Every room was designed to make visitors say 'I want to live here' within the first five seconds.

A duplex flat designed as a demo unit for the Sahil Group. Double-height ceilings, crystal chandeliers, and floor-to-ceiling curtains set the scale from the moment you walk in. This wasn't designed as a model home. It was designed as a vision of what living here could feel like.

Red Italian leather sofas sit against a tropical leaf mural. The master bedroom uses black-and-white toile-print wallpaper with white wainscoting for a boutique-hotel feel. A marble staircase with LED step-lighting and a meditation sculpture at the landing turns the transition between floors into a moment of its own.

Key Spaces

Living Room (Double-Height):

A comfortable and inviting space that embodies Scandinavian elegance. The centerpiece is a neutral-toned sofa with clean lines, layered with textured throws and cushions for added warmth. A soft wool or jute rug anchors the seating area, complemented by a sleek wooden coffee table with simple yet striking design. Large windows, dressed in sheer linen curtains, flood the room with natural light, emphasizing the airy and open feel.

Fireplace Room:

Red Italian leather sofas arranged around a smoked-glass coffee table. A white fireplace mantel beneath a wall-mounted TV, flanked by dark walnut arched doorways. One wall features a dramatic tropical leaf mural in pink, yellow, and purple.



Drawing Room:

Cream sofas and armchairs around a round glass-top table. A gold-framed mirror panel on the ceiling with a crystal chandelier. Four framed bird paintings, sheer curtains, and a bronze figure on a black console.

Color Palette:

Black marble and dark walnut, cream and beige, deep burgundy red, gold, and botanical pops of pink, purple, and yellow.



Materials and Textures:

Italian marble with black veining, red genuine leather, crystal chandeliers, dark walnut arched doorways, toile-print wallpaper, white wainscoting, and multi-layer sheer and satin curtains.



Furniture:

Red Italian leather sofas, cream curved-arm sofas, a smoked-glass coffee table, a black four-poster bed, a bronze figurine, and white stone coffee tables. Bold choices that work together.



Lighting:

Crystal chandeliers in every living area, LED step-lighting on the staircase, a gold filigree pendant at the landing, sconces beside the fireplace, and cove lighting in the master bedroom.
