By booking a consultation, making a payment, or using any services provided by Minteriors ("we," "us," or "our"), you ("Client") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Minteriors under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Minteriors is operated by Ghodke Interiors, Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India. Effective Date: March 22, 2026.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under Indian law. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
3. Services We Provide
Minteriors provides interior design consultation services via live video calls (Google Meet). Each consultation includes:- A 55-minute live design session with a professional designer- A mandatory 32-question design questionnaire (approximately 3–5 minutes to complete) sent to you immediately after payment — this must be completed before your consultation can proceed- 12 professional deliverables delivered within 48 hours of the consultation. This includes all 3D renders, 360° walkthroughs, and video walkthroughs — which are rendered post-consultation and delivered within the 48-hour window. Deliverables include: 6 Technical 2D Drawings (floor plan, furniture layout, floor finish plan, reflected ceiling plan, light fixture positions, and wall elevation views); 4 3D Visualizations (perspective render, 360° walkthrough, top view, and video walkthrough); 2 Execution Support Documents (shopping list with purchase links, and full material specifications with budget breakdown)- 30-day post-consultation WhatsApp support for clarification questions related to your delivered designOur service is limited to design consultation and deliverables. We do not provide physical execution, construction, furniture procurement, or installation services. The 30-day WhatsApp support covers design clarification questions only — it does not include redesign, new concepts, or new rooms.
4. Booking & Payment
Booking Process: Complete the booking form on our website, agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, and complete payment.Consultation Fee: ₹4,999. This is a fixed, one-time fee per room. ₹4,999 is the complete, final price — the amount shown at checkout is the total you will be charged. No additional amounts will be added at billing.Price Lock: The fee applicable at the time of your booking is final for your session. Any future price changes announced by Minteriors will not affect bookings that have already been confirmed and paid.Authorised Payment Channel: All payments must be made exclusively through Razorpay on our official website (www.minteriors.in). Direct UPI transfers, bank transfers, or cash payments to any Minteriors team member's personal accounts are not authorised and will not be treated as valid payment. Minteriors is not responsible for any amounts paid outside the official Razorpay checkout.Payment Gateway: Payments are processed through Razorpay. We do not store your credit/debit card details or banking information. Razorpay's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy apply to payment transactions.Confirmation: Upon successful payment, you will receive a booking confirmation via WhatsApp and email with your Booking ID, consultation date, and time.
5. Design Questionnaire
After booking, you will be required to complete a 32-question design questionnaire via Tally.so. This questionnaire collects information about your room, style preferences, budget, and design priorities.
Completing the questionnaire is mandatory. Our designer uses your responses to prepare a personalised design brief before your consultation. Failure to complete the questionnaire may result in a less effective consultation experience. We are not responsible for suboptimal results caused by incomplete or inaccurate questionnaire responses.
6. Consultation Process
Platform: All consultations are conducted via Google Meet. A meeting link will be shared via WhatsApp and email before your scheduled session.Duration: Each consultation is 55 minutes. A 5-minute grace period is provided for joining at the start of every session. If you join within 5 minutes of the scheduled start time, your full 55-minute session will be honoured. Joining after the 5-minute grace period will result in a reduced session duration, and Minteriors shall not be liable for any session time lost due to late joining. Designer Lateness: If our designer joins more than 5 minutes after the scheduled start time due to reasons on our end, the session duration will be extended proportionally to ensure you receive the full 55 minutes, or a mutually agreed alternative arrangement will be offered.Client Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection, a working camera and microphone, and being available at the scheduled time. Technical issues on your end do not entitle you to additional consultation time or a refund.Recording: All consultations are recorded for quality assurance and internal record-keeping. A separate recording consent confirmation will be sent to you via WhatsApp or email at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. Your consultation will proceed with recording unless you notify us in writing at hi@minteriors.in before the session begins. By joining the session without objection after receiving the pre-session consent notice, you confirm your consent to recording. Recordings are stored securely and used solely for internal reference, quality improvement, and dispute resolution purposes.Rescheduling: You may reschedule your consultation once, free of charge, provided you notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled session via WhatsApp or email (hi@minteriors.in). Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the session are at Minteriors' discretion and may not be accommodated.No-Show Policy: If you do not attend the consultation at the scheduled time without prior notice, Minteriors will make a reasonable one-time attempt to accommodate you with an alternative available slot, subject to designer availability. However, the original session is considered forfeited and no refund will be issued for no-shows under any circumstances, regardless of whether an alternative slot is arranged or accepted.
7. Deliverables
Delivery Timeline: All 21 deliverables will be delivered within 48 hours of your consultation via email and/or a Google Drive file-sharing link.
Scope: Deliverables are based on the information provided in your questionnaire and discussed during the consultation.
Accuracy Disclaimer: 3D renders, visualisations, and floor plans are artistic representations of the proposed design concept, based on information provided by you. Actual results may vary due to inaccurate measurements you provided, material availability, lighting conditions, monitor colour calibration, or manufacturing tolerances. Minteriors does not guarantee exact colour, texture, or finish replication. The client accepts sole responsibility for verifying room measurements before execution by their chosen contractors.
Post-Delivery Changes: Minor factual corrections may be requested within 7 days of delivery, free of charge. Requests for redesign, change of style, or preference-based changes are considered scope changes and are subject to additional charges.
8. Intellectual Property
a) Ownership: All design concepts, plans, drawings, renders, and deliverables created by Minteriors remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive, irrevocable, personal-use licence to use the deliverables for the specific room and property discussed during the consultation. This licence cannot be revoked by Minteriors after payment is confirmed, except in the event of a material breach by the client of the restrictions in Section 8(b).
b) Restrictions: You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the deliverables
- Reproduce the designs for a different property or room without a new consultation
- Claim the designs as your own original work
- Use the deliverables for commercial interior design services
c) Portfolio Rights: Minteriors may only use your deliverables or room images in our portfolio, website, social media, or marketing materials after obtaining your explicit written permission. We will send you a separate opt-in request after delivery. You are under no obligation to consent, and declining will have no effect on your service, deliverables, or any future interaction with Minteriors.
9. No Refund Policy
2-Hour Cooling-Off Period: If you cancel your booking within 2 hours of receiving your booking confirmation, AND before you have opened or submitted the design questionnaire, you are entitled to a 50% refund (₹2,499). This refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. To request this, email hi@minteriors.in with your Booking ID within the 2-hour window.After the cooling-off period, all payments are final and non-refundable. Once the 2-hour window has passed or the questionnaire has been opened (whichever comes first), no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to: change of mind after booking; failure to complete the design questionnaire; client no-show or late arrival to the consultation; dissatisfaction with design style or aesthetic preferences; technical issues on the client's end (internet, device, connectivity, etc.).Exception: If Minteriors cancels or is unable to conduct the consultation due to reasons entirely on our end, you will be entitled to either: (a) a full refund of ₹4,999 processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, or (b) priority rebooking at the earliest available slot at no additional cost. The choice is entirely yours.Chargeback Policy: If you have a concern about the service or payment, we strongly encourage you to contact us first at hi@minteriors.in — we are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly. Initiating a chargeback for a service that has been fully delivered, without first attempting resolution with us, may impact our ability to process future payments and may be considered a breach of this agreement.By completing your booking and making payment, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.
10. Client Responsibilities
You agree to: provide accurate and complete information in the booking form and questionnaire; provide accurate room measurements and photographs; be available and punctual for the scheduled consultation; communicate respectfully with our design team; not share your meeting link with third parties; and not use the deliverables for commercial purposes or for a different property.
11. Limitation of Liability
Minteriors provides design consultation services only. We are not liable for any losses, damages, or costs arising from: implementation, construction, or execution of the design by you or any third party; product defects, shipping delays, or vendor issues related to items on the shopping list; differences between 3D renders and actual results; structural changes or modifications to the property; or inaccurate measurements provided by the client.
Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the consultation fee paid (Rs. 4,999). We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
12. Force Majeure
Minteriors shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances genuinely beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government actions. Routine technology disruptions (internet outages, platform issues, third-party service interruptions) that are foreseeable operational risks of running a digital service do not qualify as Force Majeure events for the purposes of this clause.Where a Force Majeure event on our end prevents the delivery of the consultation or deliverables, you will be entitled to either a full refund of ₹4,999 or priority rebooking at your choice. The Force Majeure exemption limits our liability for consequential or indirect losses — it does not extinguish our obligation to return your payment for a service we were unable to deliver.
13. Confidentiality
We treat all client information, room photos, and design preferences as confidential. We will not share your personal details with any third party except as required to deliver the service (as detailed in our Privacy Policy) or as required by law.
14. Communication
By booking our services, you consent to receive service-related communications via WhatsApp, email, and phone. These include booking confirmations, questionnaire reminders, consultation reminders, deliverable notifications, and post-consultation support messages.Service communications (booking confirmations, reminders, and delivery notifications) are essential to delivering the service and cannot be opted out of during an active booking period.Marketing communications are separate and optional. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by replying "STOP" to any marketing message or emailing hi@minteriors.in.
15. Dispute Resolution
Notification Deadline: Any claim or dispute arising from the services should be notified to Minteriors in writing to hi@minteriors.in within 30 days of the event giving rise to the claim to allow us the opportunity to resolve it through our internal process. Nothing in this clause limits or waives any rights you may have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other applicable statute, including the right to approach a consumer disputes redressal commission within the statutory limitation period.Informal Resolution: Both parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct communication via email within 30 days of the dispute being raised.Arbitration: If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be referred to a sole arbitrator mutually agreed upon, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. Nothing in this clause prevents you from filing a complaint with a Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 — that right remains available to you regardless of this arbitration provision.Jurisdiction: Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.
16. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including but not limited to the Indian Contract Act (1872), the Consumer Protection Act (2019), the Information Technology Act (2000), and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (2023).
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
18. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Minteriors with respect to the services. Any prior discussions, representations, or understandings are superseded by this agreement.
19. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with a revised "Last Updated" date. For significant changes, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. For clients who have already paid and are awaiting their consultation: any modifications to these Terms shall not apply to or affect your confirmed booking. The Terms in force at the time of your payment shall govern your consultation and deliverables.

21. Non-Disparagement
You agree not to make false or defamatory public statements about Minteriors, its designers, or its team that you know to be untrue and that are intended to cause reputational harm. This clause does not restrict and shall not be interpreted to restrict your right to share honest, factual, and genuine reviews or feedback about your experience with our service — whether on Google, social media, or any other platform. We welcome honest feedback. If you are dissatisfied, we encourage you to first contact us at hi@minteriors.in so that we can address your concern directly.
22. Anti-Solicitation
You agree not to directly contact, solicit, hire, or engage any Minteriors designer, 3D visualiser, consultant, or team member for private work outside of the Minteriors platform — during the period of the consultation and for 12 months thereafter. Any deliverables or designs produced during your session are bound to these Terms and may not be used to separately commission work from our personnel.
23. Measurement Accuracy — Client Responsibility
You are solely responsible for providing accurate room measurements, dimensions, and site photographs in the design questionnaire and during the consultation. Minteriors will use the information you provide as the basis for all design work.
Any errors, inconsistencies, or omissions in the information you provide that result in design inaccuracies are entirely the client's responsibility. Minteriors shall not be liable for redesign costs, rework, or any consequences arising from incorrect or incomplete client-provided measurements or information.
24. Deliverable Acceptance Window
Upon delivery of the 12 design deliverables, you will receive a delivery confirmation email and/or WhatsApp message. If no written objection is raised by you within 5 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and national public holidays) of delivery, the deliverables shall be deemed accepted in full.Any concerns must be communicated in writing to hi@minteriors.in within 5 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and national public holidays) of receiving the files. Minteriors' obligation to deliver the service is fulfilled when the file-sharing link containing all 12 deliverables has been transmitted to your registered email address and confirmed accessible. If you report a technical access failure within the 5-business-day window, we will resolve it before the acceptance window closes. If the delivery email is returned as undeliverable or bounced, Minteriors will attempt redelivery via WhatsApp within 24 hours, and the 5-business-day acceptance window will begin from the date of successful redelivery.
25. Prohibition on Unauthorised Recording
Recording of the consultation session — including audio, video, or screen capture — requires prior written consent from Minteriors. If you wish to record the session for personal reference, please request this before the session begins at hi@minteriors.in. Requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Minteriors retains the right to decline recording requests to protect its proprietary design process and software workflow. Unauthorised recording that captures Minteriors' proprietary design tools, software workflow, or intellectual property may constitute an infringement of our intellectual property rights and we reserve the right to take proportionate legal action in such cases.
26. Execution Services and Furniture Supply
The design consultation and the 12 deliverables described in these Terms constitute the complete scope of the service you have purchased. Minteriors does not automatically provide physical execution, construction, renovation, or furniture procurement as part of the consultation package.
However, following the delivery of your design package, Minteriors may reach out to you to offer optional execution services (physical implementation of the design at your property) and/or furniture supply (procurement and supply of furniture items as specified in the shopping list). These are separate, additional services.
These services will only proceed if: (a) Minteriors initiates the offer after the consultation is complete, and (b) the client explicitly accepts the offer in writing via WhatsApp or email.
Neither party is under any obligation to enter into an execution or furniture supply arrangement.
Consultation Fee Waiver: If the client accepts Minteriors' offer for execution services or furniture supply, the consultation fee of ₹4,999 paid at booking will be credited in full against the total project cost. In such cases, the consultation is provided as a complimentary service — the ₹4,999 will be deducted from the final invoice for the accepted service.
Each execution or furniture supply engagement will be governed by a separate written agreement at that time, covering scope, timeline, pricing, payment schedule, and deliverables. The Terms & Conditions on this page govern only the design consultation service and do not extend to any execution or supply arrangement.
